Unlike many current Live Help, Live Assistance and Live Support applications which are limited to operating only on a single domain, QHelper overcomes this limitation. You can place the button code in almost any environment that will allow HTML code, no matter what the domain name. If you can't use HTML there's even a plain text URL that will initiate a QHelper session when clicked.

Many Live Help applications are limited to the button status only changing if the page is
refreshed. QHelper has overcome this as well. The "Intelligent
Buttons" monitor your online status every 30 seconds and changes the state of

Place
the QHelper code on your page, or at the end of your presentation and allow
visitors to contact you via your QHelper application. At the same time, you can
"PUSH" content they may need, to the browser area from inside QHelper.
